Registration with foreign participation

Foreign founders need additional documents, and some of them must be legalised or apostilled and translated. Non-resident founders and directors often also need a PINFL. We determine the exact list of documents for your situation in advance, so that the registration is not delayed by missing papers.

Documents usually required

For local founders, registration is based on the founders' identity documents, the decision to establish the company and the charter. Foreign individuals provide passport copies with a notarised translation; foreign legal entities provide an extract from the commercial register and the decision to participate in the Uzbek company, legalised or apostilled and translated. The director's details, the legal address and the planned types of activity are also needed. Requirements may differ depending on the founders and the business, so we always confirm the final list of documents before submission.
